HIRING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR LINCOLN COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
The Lincoln County Economic Development Council (LCEDC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The LCEDC partners with Lincoln County to manage their contract with the Dept. of Commerce to provide economic development on behalf of the state. The Administrative Assistant has charge of the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Advertising, Vendor and Customer relations, and affairs of the Corporation and conducts a diverse and ever changing range of activities within the realm of economic development.
The successful applicant will be self-directed and will perform basic accounting, market expansion, and attraction through planning, outreach, and collaboration. The applicant must be able to manage multiple projects, meet contract requirements and deadlines, and report Executive Director as well as the board of directors on a regular basis.
Minimum qualifications: Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must possess a valid driver license and have reliable transportation.
Physical Demands/Work Environment: Work is performed in an office setting and in the field. May be subject to repetitive motion such as data entry, extended periods of mental concentration, as well as bending, reaching, and lifting. Work is performed in an office setting and in the field. Salary D.O.E.
