The June 29th Family-Friendly Business webinar is an opportunity for employers of all sizes and industries to hear what they can do to help with the child care crisis and why it matters to them, their communities and the economy as a whole.
Speakers include representatives from Association of Washington Businesses, US Chamber of Commerce, and Washington State’s Department of Commerce and Department of Children, Youth and Families. During the webinar, breakout sessions will provide a chance to share current practices and needs on this topic.
In the near future, AWB (Association of Washington Businesses) and the WA State Department of Commerce will hold a series of dedicated hybrid listening sessions to hear more from employers on what they need to consider increasing their role in addressing the child care crisis.
